done as a result of dropping your front end. Not sure how he could knock out both horns at the same time. At the risk of sounding obvious, I would check the appropriate fuses or relays. There also may just be a short where the horn got bent and a wire is touching the frame, although it would seem your front fascia would've been smashed, too.
Why don't you check the wires at the horn with a multi-tester or even a cheap circuit tester. If the wires are live, and there's a good chance they are, then just hook yourself up some new electric horns. They can be had for a lot cheaper than these if you don't want to spend $70.
